It is fitting that this is a movie where Elvis is in the military because he really was serving in the U.S. Army in West Germany at the time of filming. Juliet Prowse costarred as Lili. A riot in Mexico amongst people standing in the long lines at the theater resulted in Elvis Presley's movies being banned in that country.
