No one likes to feel tired and sluggish, especially when there are simple things we can do to get more energy.
-
Increase Your Daily Protein Intake
Include more protein into your daily diet. Good sources of protein are eggs, chicken, fish, and meat. You can make protein shakes with whey protein powders. They come in different flavors. My favorite is chocolate. Increasing your protein will give you more energy.
