No one likes to feel tired and sluggish, especially when there are simple things we can do to get more energy.

    Increase Your Daily Protein Intake

    Get a good night's sleep.

    Take breaks from stressful activity
  4.  
    Rule out illness
  5.  
    Don't skip breakfast.
  6.  
    Include exercise in your daily routine.
  7.  
    Do Stretching Exercises
  8.  
    Spend some time in the sunlight.
